Brainstorming & Consultation
If you have a vision for your portrait session, let's bring it to life! If you don't, we'll sit down together and brainstorm some ideas for locations, outfits and props that will make your photos pop.
Location scouting
Tell me your favorite location and I'll go find some great photo opportunities before our shoot to make sure we get the most out of our time together. Alternatively, let me choose our photo location.
Private Client Area
Access to a password-protected private client area where you can view and download all of the photos from your shoot, select favorites for touch-ups, and optionally order prints.
Free Digital Downloads
Every portrait session includes a selection of full-resolution digital photos with touch-ups to make sure everyone looks their best! The number of included photos varies based on the package you select, and you have full usage rights.
What happens after I schedule a session?
1. Consultation and Shot List
* First, we'll sit down and discuss why you want photos, and what you're hoping to use them for.
* We'll create a shot list for the event to make sure we get everything you need (e.g., do you need photos of signage, a special visitor, photos with blank space for posters, etc.)
* Then we'll make a plan for event day!
2. Event Day
* I'll need access to the event venue at least 30 minutes before it starts
* While you're busy executing on your vision and soaking up the moment, I'll capture photos that tell the story!
3. Proofing
* Within a day or two, your photos will be available in a private gallery for download and touch-up selection.
* Based on the package you chose, you'll select a few photos for touch-ups and stylizing. You can always add extras, and we'll work out the details later.
* Optionally, you can select printing options for photos that you'd like to display physically.
4. Photo Delivery
* Within 2 weeks, your selected photos will be processed and you'll receive a download link.
* At this point, your selected print(s) will begin, and they'll be delivered based on the shipping method you choose.

Minimum two hours at $150/hr; every hour thereafter is $100.

* All images available for digital download
* 50 retouched images, selected by you
* Full usage rights for all photos
Minimum two hours at $150/hr; every hour thereafter is $100. $300 retouching fee.

Custom
For events where you need something unique, we can create a custom package together.

FAQ
Do I have full usage rights for my photos?
Yes. Your session comes with a photo release form that:
* Grants you permission to use all of the photos from the session in any way you'd like (including altering them).
* Grants me permission to include the photos from your session in my web portfolio and on my social media sites.
* If you have an event that requires an NDA, I have a separate release that precludes me from using the photos in advertising.
What if I want more retouched photos than the package includes?
Contact me and we can negotiate a fair a per-image rate :)
Do you do weddings?
No, but I would love to help create amazing engagement photos!
What if I need photos of an event that's less than 2 hours long?
My event photography rate includes a minimum duration of two hours to help cover travel and editing time.
If your event is shorter than two hours, I can still cover it but the base $300 rate will apply.
